This system is a water-based liquid rubber product available for warm & cold weather application. This product is the first of its kind that can be applied in temperatures below freezing. This is an environmentally-friendly product that will tolerate freezing temperatures, while offering no impairment on performance.
This system forms a seamless barrier that can be constructed in just a few hours by the professionals at Atkins General Construction. There is a "No Wait" curing process, & if backfilling of land is required, this can commence within 24 to 48 hours after process is complete.
This is an economical process that is much different from the traditional "paint-on" method.
We offer a 30 year warranty against product failure on all of our exterior waterproofing products. Our system, constructed & applied the proper way, will last indefinitely. Atkins General Construction's products & performance are "top" in the market-place...we wouldn’t offer a 30 year warranty if the products did not perform.
